Responsibilities

· Select & Manage EPCs and other subcontractors on a series of simultaneous solar & energy storage projects

· Proactively track project schedules, contractor progress, meeting minutes, open issues, and payments

o Managing tracking sheets and organizing folder structures and process for document control

· Monitor and coordinate procurement, delivery and integration of owner supplied equipment and materials

· Coordinate and manage EPC submittals, change orders, internal reviews, and Independent Engineer reviews and reports

· Support and oversee closeout of EPC contracts, closeout, commissioning, oversee permit close out, punch lists, warranty transfers, lien waivers, etc.).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications.

· Five Years relevant work experience in solar energy construction

· Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization and attention to detail

· Passion for working as part of a dynamic team in a small- to mid-size company environment in the renewable energy industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,389.77 - $70,318.87 per year

Experience:

• solar energy construction: 5 years (Preferred)
• PV Syst, AutoCAD, Helioscope,: 2 years (Preferred)
• Technical proficiency in project management tools: 3 years (Preferred)
